It depends on your conditions. Buffalo (like Sir Walter) handles shade and wear well and stays soft underfoot; couch loves full sun and gives a fine, classic finish; zoysia is hard-wearing and low-input. We’ll recommend the variety that suits your sun, shade and how the lawn gets used.
Always - good prep is what makes new turf take. We clear the old surface, level the area and prepare the soil before laying, because turf rolled over poor ground never establishes properly. The prep is included in your quote.
New turf needs consistent watering for the first few weeks while the roots take hold, then a gradual move to deeper, less frequent watering. We’ll leave you simple, specific instructions - and can take over the ongoing mowing once it’s established.
